Kimberly S. Maggie holds a MBA and MA in Management of Information Systems from Webster University and a BS in Professional Management from Nova University. She is a RABQSA Certified IATCA QMS and AS9100 Aerospace Industry Experienced Auditor. She currently performs QMS and Aerospace Audits for a Major Registrar and performs as a Mentor for new QMS and Aerospace Auditors. In addition, she held the Chair and Vice Chair position for the American Society of Quality Cape Canaveral, FL Section 1512 and Regional Director for the ASQ Audit Division Area 15. She is a Certified ASQ CQA.
She has developed / implemented Quality and Environmental Management Systems for a wide range of customers, small and large in private industry and government. She conducts Quality and Environmental Internal Auditor Training, Awareness Training, and Root Cause Analysis and Corrective Action Training. In addition, she performs Gap Analysis, Pre-assessments, Internal and Supplier Audits. Kimberly’s 20+ years of Operations Experience, which includes Management spans across Aerospace companies, such as United Space Alliance, Lockheed Martin, Rockwell International, and Eaton Corporation. She has worked with Government agencies, such as NASA, Federal Aviation Administration and the United States Air Force.
Kimberly managed a Quality Audit Organization, which included 10 full time auditors and 30+ matrix auditors while working for United Space Alliance at NASA’s Kennedy Space Center, Fl. She conducted Internal Quality Management System Audits, Corporate Internal Audits, and Supplier Audits in the Aerospace Industry in order to ensure all contractual, regulatory, and quality management system requirements were being met.
Previously, Kimberly has held such positions as Lead Shuttle Systems Inspector and Operations Assessment Lead for Lockheed Martin and United Space Alliance. She inspected Space Shuttle electrical, mechanical, structural, pneumatic, pyrotechnic, and fluid systems. Kimberly worked at numerous NASA processing facilities located on Kennedy Space Center, Florida.
She has held certifications in NASA Space Shuttle structural repair; main propulsion systems, Space Shuttle main engines, hydraulic systems, fuel cell, electrical power distribution and instrumentation systems. In addition Kimberly performed statistical sampling, statistical process control and intermediate depot level maintenance.
